3. Booking and Payment
To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than two weeks before the event. Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

4. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing. The deposit is non-refundable, but if you cancel more than 30 days before the event, we may offer a credit towards a future booking.

5. Copyright and Usage Rights
All images captured by David Graham Wedding Photography are protected by copyright. Clients receive a license to use the images for personal use. Commercial use requires prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability
David Graham Wedding Photography is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.
